UPDATE

So I haven't been very good at updating our blog, Adam and I have been up to a lot lately with home/spring projects. Ever since we moved into our house we have had a list of things we have been wanting to do to our house, and since the weather in Utah can never decide what it wants to do we get to sit back and wait for it to be nice. Back in February I volunteered to have my little sister Megan's baptism lunch at our house. This was a good thing in two ways...first: I didn't have to go over to my parents and get their house ready...second: Adam and I got the incentive we needed in order to get some of those projects done. Our first project was to paint the back yard fence. (it's really our neighbor's fence, but it has not been painted in who knows how many years)

The second project was to paint the bottom part of our house from blue to tan. Adam got to barrow the spray gun from work along with the FREE paint, yes I did say free. We got the tan and red paint for free, it was pretty sweet. We also took the time to take out our ugly bushes and put up an American flag, which we keep up all the time.

I love the new look of our fence and our house. We are planning on putting in lavender and daisy where the ugly bushes use to be. I can't wait till we get to that, but it'll have to wait until we get back from Arizona next week.

Another project that we did was pain our mailbox from the red roof barn to black and I made the lettering on my mom's Cricut machine, I love doing stuff with vinyl.:)

The Wreath I made for Easter

Now to end on a sweet note. I love cooking and the thing I love to cook most is deserts, so last Sunday I made these brownies that you put whipping/cream cheese mix on top of and on top of that you put fresh Strawberries. There are the best thing in the world, but don't worry I won't be making a tons of these all the time. Neither Adam or I can afford to eat them all the time even though we wish we would.

Remember to tell the people you love in life that you love them. Tell them how much they mean to you. I LOVE YOU ADAM!!!!

P.S. the brownie dessert looks so good--could I have your recipe? thanks
