Last year on May 16, 2008

Rewind to May 11, 2008....I was dating Adam, we had always talked about taking his Jeep to the desert to go star gazing, but every time we had planned on doing this the weather was either bad or we just didn't plan it. So what did I do, I look up the weather and it was going to be good weather that Friday. So Adam agreed and we planned to go star gazing after I got off work that day....May 16, 2008....I was so excited to go star gazing, just ask everyone at work I told them all about it....after work....I went to Adam's and we took the hard top off the Jeep and off we went, with a short stop for dinner. We went to conoco in Santaquin and got hamburgers, if you haven't had them, they are the best....then another short stop of thinking we were getting pulled over, but I guess we really weren't....finally we reached our destination.....CHERRY CHEEK(it's right by the sand dunes, just not as many people are there). For some strange reason Adam was acting a little weird, one he was taking forever to find a spot to park, and second he was so mad the moon was out. I told him it was okay and that we can always go star gazing again. ha ha Well little did I know at the time. Adam had this thing he liked to do to my fingers, he like to hold one finger and brush it up and down(like he was putting a ring on it). After sitting it the back seat and kissing and look at stars, Adam started to play with my finger and telling me about the star Sirius. He said, "Sirius is a dieing star, (the star Sirius)

but to us on earth it is the brightest star there is in the sky, and it's all due to our perspective. Crystal you may not be a super model, or be rich, and famous, but to me in my perspective you are my Sirius and I love you". Right at that moment he slipped something on my finger. I didn't know what to think, he was always playing with my finger, then I realized that there was really something on my finger. I pulled my finger out from under the blanket to find the most beautiful ring ever. I was so surprised, I didn't even know he was going to propose. I was so happy I didn't know what to say or do until Adam said, "An answer would be nice!" Of course I said yes and the rest is history.
My Beautiful ring with the wedding band on it, I love it so much! It was so much more than what I was expecting my ring to be. I was just thinking of a solitaire princess cut ring, because I didn't know how much his budget for a ring was. When we were dating Adam asked if I wanted to pick out the ring of if I wanted him to do it. I wanted him to do it, and I love the job that he did. Thank you so much Adam for being there for me and loving me for who I am. I will always love you no matter what difficulties life brings us. I will always be here for you!
