On Wednesday my wonderful sister-in-law Michelle threw a going away party for Adam. It was mostly a party for people on his side of the family to see him one last time before he leaves next week. I think it went really good and we had a lot of fun. Thanks Michelle!!! and for all those who came.
This is the cool display that we put together. On the right side of the fireplace we had an ammo can with, "write a letter to J. Ryan" so people could write him letters.
When we came over to drop off some chairs and tables and Brielle and Logan had their faces painted. I got quite a bit of paint on my shirt by the end of the party. But don't they look good.
The night before the party we brought over some stuff for the display and we had Brielle, Logan and Ethan try on Adam's helmet and body vest. We kept asking them if it was heavy and they kept telling us, "no". The pictures are not too good because the flash on Adam's cam was not working because his battery was almost dead.

Well tomorrow we are off to vacation for the weekend. It should be fun and then on Tuesday we are going to have pictures taken of us. So EXCITED!! oh and on Saturday we get to go to the temple with all my family.
