On July 13 I got the opportunity to fly down to Texas to see the love of my life before he left to go overseas. I know that it was a LOT of money but it was totally worth every minute that I got with Adam. We went to Carlsbad Caverns. It was a 2.5 drive from where we were.

It took us 1.5 hours to walk through the cave and it was AMAZING!! I'm so happy we made the trip there.
Adam and I also went to Texas Roadhouse for a last stake. We got ice cream everyday and it was really nice because it was hot.
All of the guys in his unit also got overnight passes so he got to stay with me at the hotel. it was a short trip and Adam left Texas the following Sunday night and we decided that I should leave that night too so I wouldn't have to be by myself in the hotel.
Adam I love you so, so much!!!!! You're my best friend in the world and i love you and can't wait to hug you again.
